We talked with a number of OB/GYNs and about their favorite foods for the best vaginal-health-boosting diet.
Consume a lot of Prebiotics & Probiotics
To combat infection and maintain a healthy pH, your vagina, like your stomach, requires good bacteria. Fortunately, nutrients that support gut health also can promote a healthy equilibrium of vaginal flora. Probiotics have been demonstrated to benefit women with vaginitis, a persistent vaginal irritation that can cause pain during intercourse.We recommend combining prebiotic foods like garlic, onions, and raw leeks with probiotics such as kimchi, Sauerkraut, kombucha, yoghurt, and pickles to promote your gut and vaginal health. Walnuts and other kinds of nuts are incredibly useful since they include B vitamins and calcium, both of which help to prevent vaginitis.
Avoid Eating Processed Meals

Drink Lots of Water for Maximum Hydration
